Use of the site mg4web.fr implies full and unreserved acceptance of the general terms of use described below. These terms of use may be modified or supplemented at any time; users of the site are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

Pursuant to Article 6 of French Law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, users of the site mg4web.fr are informed of the identity of the various parties involved in its creation and monitoring:
Ownership of the site
The intellectual property rights over all the content of the site mg4web.fr, as well as over the elements created for the site, including texts, logos, graphic elements and other data, are the exclusive property of MG4WEB.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the site owner.
Any unauthorised use of the site or of any of the elements it contains will be considered an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Site content
This site offers various modules and tools to its users. All features are accessible only after secure authentication. Depending on the user's profile, different access levels may be granted: some modules are freely available after creating an account, others are provided as part of subscriptions or by invitation.
MG4WEB reserves the right to open or restrict registrations at any time, in particular to control the load on the tools and guarantee the quality of service for existing users.
Each user accesses only their own personal space. The data of each account is strictly isolated and is not accessible to other users.
The site is normally accessible at all times. MG4WEB may nevertheless decide to interrupt it for technical maintenance, and will endeavour to inform users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention.
Privacy policy
In France, personal data is protected in particular by Law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, Law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.
When using the site mg4web.fr, data relating to the user may be collected. Some data may be collected in the form of cookies, which make it possible to record the user's consent to their use and to make the site work correctly: cookies are necessary for the user to access their personal space.
A cookie is a small file that does not identify the user but records information about how a computer navigates a site. The data thus obtained is intended to facilitate subsequent browsing of the site, and is also meant to allow various audience measurements.
Other personal information is stored while browsing the site. The user provides this information knowingly, in particular when entering it themselves. This information is used exclusively for customer contact purposes and remains confidential.
In accordance with Articles 38 et seq. of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, data files and civil liberties, every user has a right of access, rectification and objection regarding their personal data, by sending a written and signed request, together with a copy of an identity document bearing the holder's signature, stating the address to which the reply should be sent.
No personal information about the user of the site is published without the user's knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold to third parties on any medium. Only in the event of the takeover of MG4WEB and its rights could such information be passed on to the potential acquirer, who would in turn be bound by the same obligation to retain and modify the data with regard to the user of the site.
The databases are protected by the provisions of the Law of 1 July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
Completely disabling cookies may make it impossible to access certain services. You can nevertheless configure your browser as follows to refuse the installation of cookies:
- Internet Explorer : Tools tab (gear icon at the top right) / Internet options. Click Privacy and choose Block all cookies..
- Mozilla Firefox : At the top of the browser window, click the Firefox button, then go to the Options tab. Click the Privacy tab. Set the retention rules to "Use custom settings for history". Finally, uncheck it to disable cookies.
- Safari : Click the menu icon (gear symbol) at the top right of the browser. Select Settings. Click Show advanced settings. In the "Privacy" section, click Content settings. In the "Cookies" section, you can block cookies.
- Google Chrome : Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) at the top right of the browser. Select Settings. Click Show advanced settings. In the "Privacy" section, click preferences. In the "Privacy" tab, you can block cookies.
Chrome extension — mg4web
The mg4web Chrome extension is an optional tool intended for users with an active account on mg4web.fr. It allows the content of specific web pages visited by the user to be transmitted to their personal mg4web account, for the purpose of analysing their own data.
The transmitted data (HTML content of the pages, URL and timestamp) is sent exclusively to the user's personal account on mg4web.fr. It is neither shared, nor sold, nor transmitted to third parties. The user can disable collection at any time from the extension's popup.
Limitations of liability
The site uses JavaScript technology. The website cannot be held liable for material damage related to the use of the site. In addition, the user undertakes to access the site using recent equipment, free of viruses, and an up-to-date, latest-generation browser.
MG4WEB cannot be held liable for direct and indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the site mg4web.fr, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the stated specifications, or from the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.
MG4WEB also cannot be held liable for indirect damage (such as loss of business or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the site mg4web.fr.
MG4WEB reserves the right to delete, without prior formal notice, any content posted in this space that would contravene the legislation applicable in France, in particular the provisions relating to data protection. Where applicable, MG4WEB also reserves the possibility of holding the user civilly and/or criminally liable, in particular in the case of a message of a racist, insulting, defamatory or pornographic nature, whatever the medium used (text, photograph…). MG4WEB also reserves the right to block any user account that contravenes these provisions.
Any dispute relating to the use of the site mg4web.fr is governed by French law. The competent courts of Paris have exclusive jurisdiction.
